Here’s a glimpse into our streamlined process:

1. CONVERSATION

We talk about your objectives and expectations, and share what we can bring to the table. If there’s a mutual fit…

2. PROPOSAL

We suggest deliverables (with options), approximate timelines, and fees. If you accept…

3. AGREEMENT

We make it official with a Statement of Work. You sign it and pay the 50% deposit. We schedule the kickoff call.

4. KICKOFF

We meet about the details: interviews, specific dates, milestones and workflows. Then we really get moving.

5. DEEP DIVE

We fully immerse ourselves into the project. We research, interview, learn, and align. When our understanding is thorough, we write until it’s ready for you.

6. DELIVERY

You receive your content in a Word or Google Doc (two rounds of revisions are included).

7. FINAL

We deliver the final, polished and ready for its next journey. (You’re inevitably happy you chose us.)

8. REVIEW

Optional and complimentary: We review your designed deliverable before launch to ensure periods haven’t gone missing or stray commas haven’t sneaked in.

9. PARTNERSHIP
